Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ScanToPDF application ("the app") developed by toinfinity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ScanToPDF is a document scanning application that allows you to scan, edit, sign, and export documents using your mobile device. The app offers both free and premium features available through in-app subscriptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Features

• Document scanning and camera capture
• Basic editing (crop, rotate, adjust, sign)
• Document storage and management

3.2 Premium Features (Subscription Required)

• Document export (PDF, JPG, DOCX, PPTX)
• Text recognition (OCR)
• PDF password protection

3.3 Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to the store account you purchased through - your Apple ID on iOS, or your Google Play account on Android - at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions after purchase in your store account settings: on iOS, Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments and subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.4 Available Plans

• Weekly subscription with 3-day free trial
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Documents

• All documents you scan, create, or edit remain your property.
• Documents are stored locally on your device. We do not access, view, or store your document content.

4.2 Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you scan, create, and share using the app.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to scan/reproduce copyrighted materials without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of toinfinity. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• OCR text recognition will be 100% accurate
• Exported documents will be compatible with all third-party software
• The app will meet all of your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toinfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, documents, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
